Computer generated color presentations
with oversize and reduction $45.00 to $90.00 (G)
depending on design. Normal delivery 3 to 4 days.
Due to the custom nature of our products, any order
cancelled or changed during production will be
invoiced for any and all expenses incurred to that
point, plus a $65.00 (G) cancellation charge.
Prices shown throughout the catalog are
subject to change without notice. If it becomes
necessary to institute a price increase, every effort
will be made to provide advance notice.
Every effort will be made to match PMS colors as
closely as possible. Due to various methods of
manufacturing, we cannot guarantee exact color
matches.
On the initial order, there is a one time die charge.
Actual costs cannot be determined until artwork and
supporting materials are submitted to the factory.
Dies will be kept at the factory and maintained
in good working condition for repeat orders at no
charge. If any die is not used within a three year
time period, the factory reserves the right to dispose
of the tooling. On extremely large quantity runs,
multiple dies may be necessary.

All products are custom manufactured and are subject
to a 5% overrun or underrun. If an exact quantity
is mandatory, it must be specified when the order is
placed.

No order may be returned to the factory without prior
factory authorization. |
Prices are calculated on a Silver Market value of
$12.00 per ounce and a Gold Market value of $600.00
per ounce. Prices are adjusted to weight and precious
metal market value the day the order is placed. All
precious metal to be shipped by Federal Express due
to insurance purposes.
If an order is to be partially shipped at different
times then the entire order will be manufactured
and invoiced at the time of the first shipment. Every
release order will incur a $45.00 (G) release charge.
The entire order must be shipped within 18 months
after the initial shipment.
See “Production Time” of each product for normal
delivery requirements. Earlier delivery can oftentimes
be secured if needed. If the requirement is for a
special event, be sure to contact the factory for a
confirmed delivery date.
The factory must assume that clients are authorized
to use trademarks presented for reproduction. The
factory assumes no liability in trademark or copyright
disputes.
Federal law requires any imported item be identified
with the country of original manufacture.
FOB Sparks, NV or Providence, RI. Shipments will
be made by the most economical method within
the required time frame. Primarily shipments are by
Federal Express. Shipping charges will be invoiced at
the time of shipment. Extra charges; COD shipments
$7.50 (G). The factory is not responsible for lost
or damaged goods due to improper handling of
freight. Responsibility for merchandise is transferred
upon completion of proper freight documents to a
recognized carrier. All claims must be made at the
client’s end with the appropriate freight carrier.
If an order is to be shipped at one time to multiple
destinations, freight charges plus a $6.00 (G) drop
shipment charge will be billed for each additional
destination. |
