Color Poly emblems provide the same high perceived value, quality look, and feel as genuine cloisonne. In this process there are a wide variety of colors available and in many cases, PMS color matches are possible. A mixture of colored epoxy and resin is hand applied to a die struck emblem. The pieces are then baked to cure, polished, and plated.

Production Time
4 to 5 weeks after approval of artwork or preproduction sample.
Repeat Orders - 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of order.
Die Charges
Emblem size up to 1-1/4"; $100.00 (G). No die charge on orders of 1,000 or more.
Piercing (inner hole cuts) die $25.00 (G) per hole added to the above die charge.
Preproduction Samples
$50.00 (G) plus applicable tooling charge. Delivery - approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
