Lost Wax Casting, allows the reproduction of multi-dimensional designs, particularly with pierced out areas. They are reproduced in high quality metals such as bronze and brass.
Rubber Mold Casting, also referred to as "Spin Casting", utilizes a pewter alloy to produce multi-dimensional designs. Pieces can be finished in a variety of methods providing dramatic results while remaining value minded and budget conscious.

Lost Wax Casting can easily incorporate the use of Sterling Silver, 10K or 14K Solid Gold. Pricing for these items will be quoted upon review of artwork by factory.

Patina (Soft Enamel colorfill) First Color $1.00 (C) Additional colors $.80 each (C)

Production Time
4 to 5 weeks after approval of artwork or preproduction sample. Allow 1 to 2 additional weeks for orders that require stones or enamel color. Repeat orders - 3 weeks after receipt of order.
Mold Charges
One time mold charges are based on size, shape and intricacy of design. This will approximate $350.00 to $450.00 (G) and up. Mold charge includes custom outside shape.
Preproduction Sample
$70.00 (G) plus applicable tooling charge. Delivery - approximately 3 weeks.
