Die Struck soft enamel allows for a wide variety of colors which can be PMS color matched. Soft enamel is hand applied to die struck brass metal emblems. Then pieces are cured, polished and plated.

Piercing charge (inner hole cut) add .04 (A) per hole.
Production Time
4 to 5 weeks after approval of artwork or preproduction sample.
Repeat orders - 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of order.
Die Charges
Emblem size up to 1-1/4"; $100.00 (G)
No die charge on orders of 1,000 pieces or more.
Piercing (inner hole cuts) die $25.00 (G) per hole added to the above die charge.
Preproduction Samples
$50.00 (G) plus applicable tooling charge. Delivery - 2 to 3 weeks approximately.
